Payment tracking
Track every brand payment, so nothing slips through
Brand payments arrive late, in parts, and through different channels. Creovio ties every payment to its invoice and its deal, so you can see what is paid, what is partial, and what is overdue at a glance.
Stop reconciling bank statements by hand
Record each payment against the invoice it belongs to. Creovio recalculates the invoice status for you: Issued, Partially Paid, Paid or Overdue. Your dashboard shows revenue, outstanding payments and overdue invoices without a spreadsheet.
What you can track
- Payments recorded per invoice, including partial payments
- Refunds, recorded against the original payment
- Overdue invoices, surfaced on your dashboard
- Files attached to payments, such as screenshots or receipts
- Per-deal currency, so multi-currency creators stay accurate
- Export of deals, invoices and payments to CSV, Excel or PDF
Stop chasing brands manually
On the Professional plan, automated payment reminders follow up on overdue invoices for you, so you don't have to write the awkward email yourself.
How it works
- Create an invoice for a brand deal.
- Record a payment when money arrives, whether full or partial.
- Check the dashboard for outstanding and overdue amounts.
- Export a report when your accountant asks.
